Smoked Eggs

Ingredients:
Hard boiled eggs - Works especially well with Quail's eggs

Method:
Hard boil your eggs to quite firm then peel off the shell
Give them a short smoking in the Camerons Stovetop Smoker using the wood chips of your choice
