1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespooon crushed parsley
1 tablespooon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons grated coconut

2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheeese
1 tablespooon crushed parsley

Recipe 5 - For a Beer-Thai flavour
1 tablespoon each of salt, black pepper, coriander
1/2 cup each of fresh ciltrano, fresh thyme
1 stick celery
1 medium carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 bay leaf
